The cafe is attached to the roastery, so the beans in your cup were probably roasted a few feet away. Stop in for a pour-over, set up a subscription, or ask us about wholesale for your cafe or office.

Questions we hear over the counter
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
We roast a few days before we ship and stamp the roast date on every bag. Most subscribers get coffee within four days of it leaving the drum.
Whole bean or ground?
Your call. Choose whole bean, or tell us your brewer and we grind to match, from coarse for French press to fine for espresso. We grind fresh the day it ships.
Can I change or pause my subscription?
Anytime, from your account. Skip a delivery, swap roasts, change your rhythm or pause while you travel. There is no contract and no fee to stop.
Do you supply cafes and offices?
Yes. We roast 5lb bags to your spec with volume pricing, net terms, a loaner grinder and training. Reach out and we will set up a tasting.
